Sébastien Saint Paul
Sebastien Saint Paul has been Chef for a few years at Le Manoir after many years of experience on the French Riviera, including restaurants in Cannes and Bayonne. Sebastien works with local and seasonal products. He is a master of risottos and makes sure to include one for each season on the menu.
The Saturday brunch includes a buffet of several Provencale specialities, which change each season.
At Le Manoir de L’Etang we try to make sure that we cater to the tastes of our local, national and international guests whether you come in a small or big group, for a romantic dinner, a christening or a wedding. We also host many corporate events in our restaurant.
